DELIVERY OF GOODS

Our products may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable parcel delivery companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment.  Delivery may take between 3 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option and shipping address world location.   Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the delivery company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.  Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of instagami.com.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

instagami.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

RETURNS POLICY

​

It is an instagami.com's commitment to satisfy our customers beyong their expectations. Ensuring that our customers are absolutely delighted of paramount importance to our business.  If you are dissatisfied with the products you have received due to faulty workmanship or receiving an incorrect order, we will happily organise replacement goods, correct your order or refund you for the goods if you prefer.  If the products were not what you were expecting or you simply change your mind, you may return them to us for a refund, but must cover the cost of shipping them back to us.  In this case a refund will be given to you upon us receiving the products back in the same condition which they were sent. The products must be returned within 14 days of delivery to the shipping address.

MAKING A RETURN  -  ONLINE AND VENDING MACHINE PURCHASES

MAKING A RETURN  -  PURCHASES MADE AT STOCKIST STORES (e.g. Newsagency)

If a product is purchased from another store and not directly from instagami.com you are required to return the item back to the original place of purchase along with your proof of purchase. The store owner may at their discretion choose to replace or return the item in question subject to their internal returns policy.

instagami.com may from time to time provide on its website, links to other websites, advertisements and information on those websites for your convenience. SUBMISSIONS BY ARTISTS AND DESIGNERS

Other than direct commissioning by instagami.com, artwork and design may be submitted initially by artists sending a sample of their work to arte@instagami.com.  An electronic copy of the "Artists' Artwork Agreement" will be provided to all artists for their review and execution before consideration by instagami.com of artists' artwork and design.

WHOLE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions represent the whole agreement between you and instagami.com concerning your use and access to the instagami.com website and your use and access to the documents and information on it. No other term is to be included in this agreement except where it is required to be included by any legislation of the Commonwealth or any Australian State or Territory, or of a given country.  All implied terms except those implied by statute and which cannot be expressly excluded are hereby expressly excluded.

EXCLUSION OF UNENFORCEABLE TERMS

Where any clause or term above would by any applicable statute be illegal, void, or unenforceable in any State or Territory or country, then such a clause shall not apply in that State or Territory or country and shall be deemed never to have been included in these terms and conditions in that State or Territory or country. Such a clause if legal and enforceable in any other State or Territory or country shall continue to be fully enforceable and part of this agreement in those said States and Territories and countries. JURISDICTION

The access and use of this website and its materials, and the Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia.   In the unlikelihood that there is an unresolved dispute between you and instagami.com that results in litigation, then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
